Race Résumé

Cyclocross and XC MTB
Biography
Sidney has always enjoyed outdoor sports and discovered her love for speed at a young age. Starting at seven, her focus was on downhill ski racing and a few years later, long distance running was added.
In the summer of 2011, on a whim, her parents entered Sidney into her first mountain bike race, which just happened to be the Canadian Championships. Sidney placed third (out of three) for her category, but she had her first taste of racing and the podium. She has been hooked ever since.
Experience
In 2016 Sidney was chosen to represent her country on the Canadian National Mountain Bike team and qualified to race at the World Championships in the Czech Republic. Later in the year, Sidney won the 2016 National Cyclocross Championships for her age category as part of the Focus CX Canada cycling team.
The 2017 season started early while being part of the Cycling Canada’s high-performance NextGen development program and saw international MTB racing in the USA, Europe, and Australia. Clear trails ahead and looking forward to more amazing adventures.
